Shipping time starts after receiving the confirmation of order. It is indicated as precisely as possible, on an indicative basis. Shipping time may vary depending on the stocks or the modification of the regulations in force. Therefore, no damages can be claimed nor the order cancelled if the shipping is delayed. However, with the exception of exceptional impediment or case of force majeure, if the order has not been delivered three months after the indicated date of delivery, the order can be cancelled by either the purchaser or ÉquiQuantics, and the order refunded. Are considered exceptional impediments or case of force majeure: war, riots, flooding, fire, strikes, accidents of any kinds, supply shortage. ÉquiQuantics will of course inform the purchaser in such events. Regardless of those exceptions, the order can only be shipped in time if the purchaser has successfully complete the order and provided all the information necessary.
DELIVERY – TERMS AND CONDITION
Your order will be delivered at the address indicated on the purchased order. If the delivery time is not respected, you may claim for damages.
DELIVERY – CHARGES
Delivery rate in mainland France is 6.00€, according to the Colissimo price list. Delivery charges are offered for orders over 50.00€ incl. tax that are shipped in mainland France exclusively.
DELIVERY – TRANSPORTATION
If you receive your parcel damaged and/or with missing contents, please assess the damages and make an inquiry within the statutory time limit to the delivery company.
DELIVERY – UPON RECEIPT
Upon receipt of the parcel, inquiries about the products (damaged, defective, wrong item, etc.) must be sent to EQUIQUANTICS within 8 days.
DELIVERY – RETURNS
Before returning any product you must ask for a formal and written agreement of ÉQUIQUANTICS. Without that agreement, none of the returned products will be refunded nor any credit note issued. Return charges are to be paid by the purchaser. No return will be accepted a month after being received.
