The royal jelly

Royal jelly is the only honey bee secretion used in the nutrition of bee queens. A bee queen can live up to 5 years and lay between 1500 and 2000 eggs a day when the average life expectancy of a bee is 45 days. Royal jelly is therefore an elixir of youth with an incredibly rich composition.

You will find in royal jelly:
▪︎ Not only all the amino acids but also the essential amino acids.
▪︎ The vitamins A, C, E as well as all the vitamins of the group B.
▪︎ Mineral salts: calcium, silicon, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, copper, iron and sulphur.
▪︎ Trace elements: selenium, germanium, manganese and zinc.
▪︎ Carbohydrates: fructose, glucose and maltose.
▪︎ Lipids: stearic acid, palmitic acid and 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid.
▪︎ Acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter.
▪︎ Royalisin.
▪︎ Plant hormones.
▪︎ Flavonoids.

Three of them are particularly important:

The vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid, which acts as a control tower for our cells that it helps ordering and regulating and organising.
The 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid which slows the aging process of the body.
The royalisin, a powerful antibacterial, antimicrobial and anti-fungal protein.
